§ 8.161-1. Intent.

The governing body desires for the betterment of the community and the general health and welfare of its citizens to create to the Borough Code chapter 161 of title 8, entitled, Illicit Connection; and be it ordained by the mayor and council of the borough the provision of this chapter.
