§ 8.142-7. Agency designation.

The local enforcing agency shall be the regional fire prevention alliance's fire marshal's office (hereinafter referred to as fire marshal or fire official), of the Borough of Magnolia, Camden County, State of New Jersey, established for the entire geographical area of only the participating municipalities. The Fire Marshal's Office Borough of Magnolia, Regional Fire Prevention Alliance shall hereinafter be known as the "local enforcing agency."
